Greg Miles retired from race calling last year after almost 40 years of race calling in Victoria. The legendary caller became known as the voice of Victorian racing.

Greg was born and brought up in Williamstown, & still lives there being a loyal support of the local Williamstown Football Club.

He had been race calling since he was 22, and called a record 36 Melbourne Cups, 36 Caulfield Cups and 36 Cox Plates.

He was awarded a Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) for his services to horse racing in 2016. The Melbourne Racing Club honored him with a race in his name this year.

Greg has spent 12 months writing his just released book “My Lucky Life”.
With John Harms this will be a very interesting and entertaining lunch.
